Getting people to stop is hard
FRAMING ACTIVE TASKS
Blue light related tasks:
1. Install f.lux
   Free software
   one-time change in environment
2. Get sun in the morning
   high simplicity – the sun is free
   responsive to triggers such as text messages
3. Shift off-screen work towards night
   Didn’t require people to do less work
     Less deviation from normal behavior
