• Get a text message/phone notification asking
  “What is your body made of today?”
• Recall the things you’ve eaten and think about
  what they become in your body.
• Associate each piece of food you eat with your
  well being

• Eat a meal
• Clean
• When you’re cleaning & tossing stuff, think
  about what the meal will do to your body
• If you need to recycle, think “What will waste
  do to the environment & what will my meal
  do to my body?”
• Associate each piece of food you eat with your
  well being

• Get a notepad and make it your daily food journal
• Write “How do I feel today from yesterday’s
  eats?” on the front
• Stick it to your fridge
• When you head to your fridge for your morning
  juice, write all the things you ate the day before
• Ask how do I feel today from yesterday’s eats?
• Associate each piece of food you eat with your
  well being

• Put a post-it in your wallet/ on your credit
  card that says “Save on your insurance”
• See the note every time you buy food
• Reflect on whether each food purchase would
  make healthcare insurance harder to deal to
  with.
• Associate each piece of food you eat with your
  well being

• Put a reminder on your toothpaste bottle that
  says “Why is your mouth so dirty?”
• See the reminder when you add toothpaste to
  your brush
• Brush your teeth in front of your mirror
• Recall what you ate to make your mouth dirty
• Associate each piece of food you eat with your
  well being

• Create a photo album titled “me & my eats”
• At every sweet looking meal, snap a “selfie”
  that also captures your food
• Add to the album, and check out the glory of
  you and your food, together
• Think about how the food contributed to your
  good looks
• Associate each piece of food you eat with your
  well being
