The Global Alliance for Banking on Values (GABV) is a network of 54 values-based banks across six continents serving close to 50 million customers with $163.4 billion in combined assets. The GABV aims to represent and advance the values-based banking movement by raising awareness of its members and growing their reach and impact. To become a GABV member, a bank must be a regulated financial institution that takes deposits and makes loans, be independently operated and not affiliated with governments or large mainstream groups, and have a mission focused on sustainability, poverty reduction, or similar goals.
