Emmanuel is a highly creative and effective lawyer, speakerwith a pragmatic deal-focused approach. He gets the job done! He specialises in advising startups, businesses and individuals in the broad aspects of commercial and corporate law. He advises on deals in investments and finance (venture capital and private equity). He serves as a consultant to several organisations on energy, banking, real estate, intellectual property, international trade, entertainment and technology. He co-founded Law Axis 360° and sits on the board of Lift Africa Foundation. He spends his free time with family, thinking and writing.
