Originally a wine warehouse in the 1820’s this listed building
has been given a remarkable makeover in a unique style. It has
stunning vaulted cellars, an impressive glass atrium bar, with
heated waterside patio to enjoy in the warmer months. The Wine
room in ely in the IFSC is private dining in a personalised setting
while the Cellar room accommodates 12 people in a spectacular
setting for either the board of directors or a relaxed family dinner
celebration.

Located in a beautifully refurbished building in the heart of
Georgian Dublin, near to Baggott St., Merrion Sq., & St. Stephen’s
Green ely winebar has earned a reputation for being the best place
in Dublin City to relax over a glass of wine and enjoy a good meal.
This is our smallest venue and the max group booking we can take
is 30 pax.

3. Irish food provenance
At all three ely’s all the beef, pork and lamb served is sourced through the ely organic family farm in the Burren, Co. Clare.
Our cheeses and seafood are sourced from suppliers who share our hands on approach. Everything else we make fresh in
house daily, including our breads, desserts and ice-creams. All dishes are cooked to order no matter the size of the table. Both
ely bar & brasserie and ely gastro pub are fully licensed serving a full range of beers, cocktails and award winning wine list.
So whether you’re entertaining an important client or supplier, bringing in a group of visitors from overseas, going for a weekend
brunch or a pre-theatre meal, ely has a delicious solution. We also do tailored events such as pre-match menus for sporting
fixtures in Aviva or Croke Park, or we can host dinners for up to 250 people.
If you are planning a team night out we can do an informal wine/beer tasting complemented with anything from bar bites to a
gourmet tasting menu.
