Report Of Sales Makaroni Crispy And Cimol
On 30april 2018 our group sell macaroni and cimol at the campus bazaar for
the first time. We sell our product that is spicy macaroni and krispi. In the early
stages we do the manufacturing process first. We spend the necessary ingredients
to make spicy macaroni and cimol. After all the ingredients collected we continue
the next stage of the process of making. Initially we were not sure of the results
obtained because this was our first experience. Macaroni is initially boiled first
until it looks cooked, then wash macaroni that has been boiled so that mucus
arising from the boiling process is lost. Soak it chill macaroni and mix with spices
and flour so as not sticky when frying process, stir until evenly then fry macaroni
little by little. When the process of frying macaroni should always be stirred so as
not sticky and charred. Continue frying onward with the same process until
finished. The fried macaroni is drained and cooled to lose its oil. All the fried
macaroons are put in a large container and stir along the spices in accordance with
the level of spicy macaroni. After completion, followed by packing process by
level and then paste the label. Followed by the process of making cimol, cimol
making material is very simple that requires only aci, scallion, garlic, salt and a
little flour and stir evenly with warm water. After the finished material is
processed, the shape of cimol round-round with a size that is not too large. When
the process of frying cimol should always be stirred and with a small fire so as not
to erupt when fried. After the cimol is fried, to serve cimol not directly mixed
with spicy powder spice but later when will be eaten. the level of spicy macaroni
that yesterday we made is level 2 is the level of being.
After all the manufacturing process is complete, we start doing the selling process
in the campus bazaar and we also do online sales via facebook, instagram, and
whatsApp. During the bazaar process, the prodak we sold out quickly. We did not
expect that the prodak we market a lot of devotees. Not only that, many also order
our macaroons via online. For online sales process, we send our macaroni with
pre-order. The proceeds from our sales are quite profitable and make us more
enthusiastic to make this effort.
Following details of the sale of macaroni and cimol:
Macaroni 25 x 5000 = Rp. 125,000
Cimol = Rp. 44,000
Total sales proceeds of Rp. 169,000
Modal for the materials to making macaroni and cimol as well as for other
purposes that is Rp. 144.000. So the profit we get is Rp 24,000.
