Nowitz ki the current Mavericks' roster barely resembles the championship team. Two key

T he Mavericks have broug ht in Elton Brand, Chris Kaman, O .J. Mayo, Darren Collison and
Dahntay Jones. Chris Kaman was a g reat sig ning if he can stay healthy. He was an All-Star three
seasons ag o and has averag ed double fig ures every season since the 2004-05 season.
T he projected starting five of Darren Collison, O .J. Mayo, Shawn Marion, Dirk Nowitz ki and
Chris Kaman have enoug h talent to g et the team back to the playoffs, but injures and ag e are Overview
major concerns. Vince Carter and Elton Brand will be a g reat assets coming off of the bench,

According to NBA 2K13, the Mavericks will fall hard this season dropping to last place in the
western conference and entering draft lottery territory. T he g ame predicts that the team will
