IN RENTAL CONTRACTS
• An initial visit is performed, in which the actual state of the property is
documented.
• By mutual agreement between the parties can be made intermediate visits
every 3, 6 or 12 months, so you can make a good maintenance of the
building and avoid last minute surprises.
• By request of the owner, a final visit is make at the time the tenant leaves
the property.
Tenant will have the peace of mind that will not be sued him compensation for
damage that has not caused.
The owner will have the peace of mind and the legal basis for claiming damage
