A 12-year-old female presented with left lower back tooth pain that increased with chewing and was associated with difficulty chewing and clenching. Examination showed bleeding on mild probing of a growth. A 30-year-old male presented with a 3-day history of left lower back gum swelling and moderate, intermittent pricking pain, with a history of food lodgment. Examination found no dental caries, a 7mm periodontal pocket depth, and bleeding on probing. A 32-year-old male presented with 2 weeks of upper front tooth pain. He reported a 1-month history of gum swelling that would regress with medication but recur, with associated mild dull pain and prior pus discharge.

2. Case 1
A 12 year old female patient came with a chief complaint of pain in left lower back
teeth. The pain was dull, intermittent, moderate type of pain, that increases on
chewing. Associated difficulty in chewing, clenching.
There was presence of bleeding on mild probing of the growth.

3. Case 2
A 30 year old male patient came with a chief complaint of swelling in gums of left
lower back teeth since 3 days. Associated moderate, intermittent, pricking type of
pain. h/o food lodgement.
No obvious dental caries. Periodontal pocket depth- 7mm, bleeding on probing.

4. Case 3
A 32 year old male patient came with a chief complaint of pain in upper front teeth
for past 2 weeks.
h/o swelling of gums for past one month, which regresses on medication but
reoccurs again. h/o pus dicharge, associated pain is mild, dull aching, intermittent
type.
0.5 * 0.5 cm, soft fluctuant swelling in region of mucogingival juction irt 21. On
palpation, pus discharge evident through sinus opening. Restored teeth 11,21,
Top +ve irt 21.

5. Case 4
A 25 year old female patient came with chief complaint of swelling of gums for the
past 3 days. h/o sharp, intermittent, pricking type of pain which increases on
chewing. h/o food lodgement
0.5 * 0.5 cm soft fluctuant swelling in interdental papilla irt 33, 34. The swelling is
tender on palpation and bleeds on probing. Gingival sulcus depth - 2 mm.
