A 12-year-old female presented with left lower back tooth pain that increased with chewing and was associated with difficulty chewing and clenching. Examination showed bleeding on mild probing of a growth. A 30-year-old male presented with a 3-day history of left lower back gum swelling and moderate, intermittent pricking pain, with a history of food lodgment. Examination found no dental caries, a 7mm periodontal pocket depth, and bleeding on probing. A 32-year-old male presented with 2 weeks of upper front tooth pain. He reported a 1-month history of gum swelling that would regress with medication but recur, with associated mild dull pain and prior pus discharge.
