• Disgust/Annoyance
• Irritation
• Arguments (specially people
who are not used to local
trains)
• Thrill
• Joy

6. Disgust/Annoyance:-
• TIT FOR TAT… this principle DOES NOT hold true while
commuting in train
Eg:- you get up early, have
bath, wear clean clothes,
use perfumes/ body sprays
etc.

7. “WHAT YOU GIVE IS WHAT YOU GET”
IS NOT VALID IN LOCAL TRAIN
• in return people
surrounding me
wear stinking
clothes; have
sweaty, sticky
forearms;
• smelling wet
armpits etc… the
list goes on….

smelling good for the
others & in return we
get to stand for hours in

• Can you catch your

time?
If you witness d painful
sight of train leaving
platform because you
are late by a few
seconds?

10. IRRITATION/HELPLESSNESS
• You miss your train by a few
seconds, some zombie is
blocking the fresh air causing
suffocation … etc.
• Some possessed creature is
standing in the way while you
board/alight the train
• Special category of creatures:-
there is no place to stand
comfortably and a group of 4-6
people are standing & playing
cards

11. JOY
• You just manage to get into the train
which has already started moving
• You get a seat, you are late but you
still manage to catch the train
because THE TRAIN IS LATE etc

victories which you can get daily or be
TOTALLY DEPRIVED OF THEM

13. PEOPLE WHO ARE DEPRIVED
• Those living in hostel
• People living along the
central railway line
• MY SYMPATHIES FOR THESE
LESS FORTUNATE, UNDER
PRIVILEGED FRIENDS.

21. IS ANYTHING impossible?
• Any TASK perceived as impossible IS ALWAYS RELATIVE
& depends on 2 PARAMETERS:-
• 1) TIME
2) RESOURCES AVAILABLE TO ACCOMPLISH THE TASK
• If any one of the above is missing then
COMPLETION of the TASK becomes DIFFICULT &
people feel, it is impossible.

• I feel blessed & privileged that I get to travel from
VASAI, daily, via LOCAL TRAIN – Mumbai’s LIFELINE
• MESSAGE :-
• TIME & RESOURCES are the 2 PARAMETERS on which
any task is hinged, these when optimized then a task
perceived as impossible becomes POSSIBLE
• ANY TASK/THING IS POSSIBLE
