HOW SECURE IS MY DATA?
The confidentiality of your data is our main priority. Our software
provider is ACS Technologies, the largest developer of church
management software in the industry. They have a secured
Website that we access which is housed in a secured data
center and is subject to period security audits to ensure safety
and privacy of your data.
WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT MY CONTACT
INFORMATION TO BE SEEN BY OTHER CHURCH
MEMBERS?
Once you are logged in you may go to your personal preferences
page and change your options. The default setting allows other
members to see your address, phone number, family photo, and
email address. These are the same items to which members
would have access in our church directory.

WHO WILL HAVE ACCESS TO MY GIVING
RECORD?
You and authorized church business office staff will be the only
people that have access to information about your giving record.
Neither church officers, nor the pastoral staff, have access to this
information.
WHY CAN’T I SEE THE CHANGES I MADE?
Changes are only requests until they are approved and posted by
the church business office.
