Side Effects

2. To relieve drymouth,suckon(sugarless) hardcandyorice chips,chew (sugarless) gum, drinkwater
or use a salivasubstitute.
To preventconstipation,maintainadietadequate infiber,drinkplentyof water,andexercise.If you
become constipated,consultyourpharmacistforhelpinchoosingalaxative (suchasstimulant-type
withstool softener).

disease (myastheniagravis).
Thisdrug may make youdizzyor drowsyor cause blurred vision.Donotdrive,use machinery,ordo
any activitythatrequiresalertnessorclearvisionuntil youare sure youcan performsuchactivities
safely.Limitalcoholicbeverages.
Thismedicationcancause decreasedsweating.Avoidbecomingoverheatedinhotweather,saunas,
or duringexercise orotherstrenuousactivitiessince heatstroke mayoccur.
Kidneyfunctiondeclinesasyougrowolder.Thismedicationisremovedbythe kidneys.Olderadults
may be more sensitive tothe effectsof thisdrug,especiallydizziness,drymouth,andconstipation.
Duringpregnancy,thismedicationshouldbe usedonlywhenclearlyneeded.Discussthe risksand

Interactions
