• In My first career started with following ECCO Quality standard in Manufacturing
Leather and Shoe Upper Product, QC and 99.9% Color Matching.
• Responsible for Production and Sample R&D and was associated with M/s.
FRENTZMEN Buyer, Switcherland and also M/s. JEFER, Italy.
• Was associated in developing Articles for Indian customers like BATA India Ltd.,
TATA International and in standardizing the same for volume production.
• Was in charge for production, from wet end to finishing, assuring quality for the
finished Product.
• Held responsible for Finished Leather Deliveries to the Shoe Factory in time.
• Followed NMZ System and Mentor guidance and gained hands on Experience.
• Responsible for getting proto type samples approved from the buyer’s technical
executives.

 Got Incentives two times within two years
 Worked with Brands like Ariat , Clarks , Novi .and also Trained up the team for QC
Inspection based on the brand requirements.
 Created quality standards for different leather types as per the customer requirements
