Dataworks is a software development company based in Waterford city offering made to measure business systems to a
range of clients who include leading multi nationals in the Manufacturing, Life Sciences (including Medical Device, Pharma),
Food and Drinks industry and the Public Sector. Dataworks’ mission statement is ‘to be the software company that makes a
difference by revolutionising how software solutions are delivered’.
David Cullen has completed an Honours Bachelor Degree (Level 8) and Masters Degree (Level 9) in Business Studies
(Marketing) at Waterford Institute of Technology (WIT), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science (Level 9), at
University College Cork (UCC).
The key objectives of this project are as follows:
 Foster a culture of innovation in Dataworks;
 Implement a Service Innovation process in Dataworks; and
 Complete the implementation of the Product Innovation process in Dataworks.
