3. • I joined Aiesec september in 2014. In the beginning, I don’t
understand what happened in my around, how I improve,
develop. But after that WNLDS, I applied 3 positions that TL in
OGX, OCP in IFE recruitment, OC in take off conference. But
my TL and OC in take off positions failed. And also but that
moment, I can be OCP in recruitment. However my position
failed, I didn’t give up. This oc in recruitment experience gives
me many skills, challenges. Now I want to be OC in conference,
especially SYLC. And the most important things that I wanna
develop more, try more, study more and participate in hand-on
this conferene and contribute it.
4. I will graduate my university this year. My profession is banking
economy and accountant. i want to be OCVP Fig. this position
is near by me. And I was in highschool and now submit budget
and construct finance. And the best important thing that now I
am going to apply LCVP FIG in AIESEC IFE. This position help
me that understand finance more and the beginning of my
LCVP Position. And also I want to understand how to distribute
money, manage it. In therefore, i will be many friends and have
OC team. I want to in care of this position, contribute this
conference.
5. For me, WNLDS in 2015 that my first conference. This
conference is very very cool, I studied many things, I met
AIESECers deeply. The most important success factor of
national conference that it can be like one family more, help to
know others, become international delegates friend, help to
inspire ours, help to understand GLOBAL CITIZEN and talk
about AIESEC Mongolia’s development that run expansion or
not, who is next MCP in Mongolia etc…..
6. Now I am team member. If I won’t go this conference, I will
really regret it and I will be so sad. But I will can be OCVP Fig
and go this conference, I will try very hard.
for relationships that Member and OC, OCVP and OCP, OCVP
and delegates, in my opinion after conference, their
relationships will be like very warm, very strong, they can know
other members more, they can be happy, strong, amazing,
excited than before relationships.
7. I think that at least 100 delegates attend this
conference, and in my opinion delegates fee that
14000000.
8. This conference’s money will spend that venue,
food, materials that use session and others. And
result in talking about expenses, we will make and
submit budget. Because this conference is
national, we will need to work good plan,
organizing, good team.
9. Yes of course. We will work among good plan. If we spend
expenses incorrectly, our organization has losses. In therefore,
we need to calculate revenue and expenses. We need to the best
plan and team.
