• Ensuring all the hotel security procedures is correctly implemented as per Security Dept
head and SOP.
• To train the security staff about adversary PMO’s, Profiling, security layer, suspect
identification, Selective entry. Suspicious indicators, handling suspicious object,
Adversary tactical advantage, Threat level, Access control, Terror and type of terrorist
organization Etc….
• Training about identification of IED (Improvised explosive devise) and handling suicide
bomber and VBIED.
• Working with Unit BSC (Balance score card) and making action plan for department.
