I’m a founding member and the managing partner of insparkus (www.insparkus.com) an innovative e-coaching platform targeting entry and mid-level corporate employees. I lead the company’s B2B business development efforts, overseeing the R&D and software development processes as well as corporate sales. As a business designer, I induce the creating of insparkus in 2011 by transforming what used to be a face-to-face service to a self-serving gamified e-coaching tool.
