POLITICALCONTITUTION Is the fundamental rule, written or otherwise, of a sovereign state, established or accepted to govern it. The constitution sets limits and defines the relationship between state powers
FORMS OF GOVERMENT THE FORM ARE  The Monarchy: Executive ownership is acquired by inheritance, is the preservation of life and there is no political responsibility in its management. At present there as well in monarchies the monarch, who is head of state, a Head of Government or Prime Minister, that if you answer politically.
La Republica:In this form of government, the Head of State is elected by the people, either directly or indirectly, temporarily takes charge and is politically responsible. Authoritarianism:Used to be called authoritarian regimes that favor the appearance of control and belittle participation, concentrating political power in one man or one body and subtracting a value representative institutions Totalitarianism:The constituent elements are the ideology of totalitarianism totalitarian, single party, the dictator, the terror. Totalitarian ideology provides an explanation of the incontestable historical course, a radical criticism of the existing situation and a guide to its equally radical transformation
STATE .The state is a political concept that refers to a form of social organization and coercive sovereign, consisting of a set of institutions involuntary, which has the power to regulate national life in a particular territory
