Dan Belford's most successful projects was as an ER manager involved the application of LEAN principles in a pay for results initiative within a 54,000 patients per year ED and a 30,000 patient per year ED. Dan has over 10 years of progressive management and leadership experience including experience at the Director Level and 18 years of clinical experience with over 5 years in a formal clinical leadership role within a health care setting. Dan is focused on improving the client/patient’s experience.
