Law TV Channel is the need of the hour. Hopefully Supreme Court of Pakistan will take immediate action.

1. Awareness on rules and law is quite low throughout
Pakistan though number of lawyers has been steadily
increasing. Researchers still have to measure the judicial
literacy in provinces and districts. TV programs on
getting relief from provincial ombudsmen and
specialized ombudsmen like Tax, Banking and Insurance
are not available.
Need of a new Law TV Channel has been recognized by
the civil society, academia and apex judiciary of country.
Hopefully Supreme Court of Pakistan will direct or
advise PEMRA, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting
and PTV to start the new Law TV Channel after
consultations with experts.
