(PARENTS)
Make sure your child arrive to school in timely manner
Make sure your child have all school supplies for school
Check website every Monday for reports on child behavior, grades, Test
scores, and upcoming events
Have phone number to be reached (make sure include time you can be
reached).

5. MAKEUP WORK EXPECTATIONS
• No makeup work will be given. You will have a test in place of
makeup work. It will cover material from classwork and homework.
• You will take the test same day you return to school.
• If you miss a Friday when journals are to be turned in then you will
have 2 journals due on the Friday you return. Example if you miss
the first Friday then the second Friday you will turn in last week
journal and this weeks journal.
7. HOMEWORK AND POSTED GRADES
• Homework will be given daily. No homework for A students only.
Example: if you earn an A for the day no homework. (everyday an
opportunity will be given to earn an A).
• You can pick up your homework grades and test grades on Friday
‘s when leaving class
• If any questions or concerns contact me during office hours
8. JOURNALS
• Every week a new journal will be created (1500 word minimum)
that includes:
• Two target goals per week
• What you learned in class for the week
• Your strength this week
• Your weakness this week
• Definition to two words learned this week and give example for
each.
