2. The Children’s
Playground at Page
Park was designed to
accommodate any
physical challenges
children may have.
There are wheelchair
pathways and ramps
around and within
the playground with
transfer stations.
There are also Braille
panels and games.
3. There is a softball
field and a baseball
field at Page Park.
Bristol Eastern High
School often uses
these fields for
practices and games
because they’re
right across the
street from each
other. Parks and Rec
also uses these
fields a lot for little
league and any
other organizations.
4. There is one road that
goes through the entire
park. There are two
entrances to the park,
one on Woodland St and
one on King St. Locals
use this road as a biking
or running path, as well
as a short cut through
the town. This road can
be used to get to the
public swimming pool,
pond, recreation
building, sports fields
and playground.
5. The public pool is open
seasonal. Bristol residents 18
years or older can swim for only
$2.00 while senior citizens pay
$1.50. Swimming classes are
taught here, as well as water
aerobics.
6. Typical woodland wildlife
can be found within page
park including, birds,
squirrels, foxes and
occasionally bear and deer.
A large duck and geese
population can be found by
the pond at the top of the
park. Civilians will often
come here to feed the ducks
bread and fish in the pond.
7. Page Park Lagoon
in a popular place
for locals with
fishing licenses to
come and enjoy
the beautiful
scenery while
catching and
releasing the fish
that inhabit this
pond.
