We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, floors and dusting, and on every cleaning, we'll make sure that those areas shine. The rest of your service is up to you: pick the living areas on which you want us to focus first and we'll work through all areas of your home according to your priority. We work with our weekly, bi-weekly and monthly clients to ensure that your "trouble spots" are clean. (First-time cleanings may require more time. Please contact your local office to discuss any special needs.) Bathrooms Baseboards dusted or wiped Chrome fixtures cleaned and shined Fingerprints removed from all woodwork, doorframes and switch plates Mirrors cleaned Sink thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed Toilets disinfected inside and out, including base and behind Towels changed (if left out) Trash emptied Tub and/or shower tiles thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and rinsed Vacuum and/or wash floor Vanity top cleaned (more time may be required to remove and replace items on top) Windowsills wiped down Kitchen Baseboards dusted or wiped Cabinet fronts washed or dusted Countertops and backsplash cleaned (all items removed and replaced) Dishes washed (please set up procedure with your local office) 49 - Point Checklist 5/8/2010 Page 1 of 3
