3. Sebastian Errazuriz’s studio is located
In Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY.
One subway stop from Manhattan; Williamsburg
was primarily an industrial area filled with factories
and workshops.
Much like SOHO; during the 80s a large community
of artists and musicians started to move into the
neighborhood in search for larger and cheaper
studios. The close distance from Manhattan made
the area an ideal location.
As a result; today Williamsburg holds a great vibrant
community and is a preferred location for students,
musicians, artists and its famous hipsters.
A great number of trendy restaurants, bars, music
venues, galleries and shops have attracted new
developers who are now building exclusive luxury
condos and reshaping the area’s waterfront.

be a club called “Volume”. The club was later transformed
into a series of artist studios
