1. In the eye color social experiment my initial thought was how bad could it be? Though after watching
the first few minutes of the video it was proved very wrong. The way she treated the blue eyed people
was insane she managed to bring several people to tears and make one girl leave the room. It was a very
shocking thing to watch, I knew racism was bad but this showed it to me in a new perspective so now I
have a new look on racism and how ridiculous and absurd it is. If it were me in that room as a blue eye
I’m not really sure what I would do. My first instinct would be to make myself as small as possible and
not attract any attention so she wouldn’t single me out. Which shows me how people who experience
racism everyday might feel and it just makes me sick.
