2. Lisa is the real definition of strength to me
whether she knows it or not. She divorced at 23
and had to get a new job and needed to pretty
much start over her life. She has taught me to
not let bad things get to me and she makes the
best of bad situations. She has had a lot of
obstacles to overcome in her life. She has also
taught me to not sit back and complain about
something when I can be changing it. She is
the hardest worker I know; she works three jobs
7 days a week and still manages to make time
to spend with me. She was in a recent car
accident in December because of a drunk
driver, and had to be resuscitated and had 8
staples in her elbow and had fractured her foot
and ribs; and she also had a collapsed lung
then also had stitches in her eyebrow. The
accident had a big impact on me and made me
realize I need to appreciate all of the time I had
and still have to come. We have been through a
lot together and I know she will always be there
for me. She is the best sister I could ever ask
for and I will always love her no matter what.
4. Prayer:
Dear Lord, thank you for all you
have done for me, It is with a
humble heart that I ask you to Grant
me the strength I need during this
time. Grant me the wisdom to make
the right decisions. Grant me the
patience to do what must be
done. OLord, I know you will be
with me through this time and will
you shield me from things I cannot
handle. It is with the most humble
heart I ask thee. Amen.
