■ Ledikast is a combination of two anti-viral drugs
used for patients with hepatitis C infection.
■ It is suggested against HCV genotypes 1, 4, 5 or
6 in adults.
■ It acts directly by inhibiting HCV protein.
■ This medicine can be taken 1 tablet daily with or
without food.
■ Most common side effects are headache,
tiredness and physical weakness.
3. Dacikast
■ Dacikast 60 mg (Daclatasvir) is used for patients
with chronic hepatitis C infection.
■ It is suggested against HCV genotype 1 or 3.
■ It stops the activities of a particular protein
responsible for the multiplication of viral cells.
■ It is given orally in a form of 60 mg dose once
daily with or without food for 12 weeks.
■ Most common side effects are diarrhea, nausea,
headache and tiredness.
4. MyDekla 60 mg
■ MyDekla 60 mg is used for patients with chronic
Hepatitis C infection.
■ It is suggested against HCV genotype 1 or 3.
■ It reduces the complications associated with liver
and reduces the chances of getting liver cancer.
■ It can be taken in a form of 60 mg dose once
daily with or without food for 12 weeks.
■ Most common side effects are headache and
tiredness.
5. MyHep
■ MyHep 400 mg (Sofosbuvir) is used against
Hepatitis C infection.
■ It is suggested against HCV genotype 1, 2, 3 or
4.
■ It reduces liver damage and enhances the
quality of life of patients.
■ It can be taken once in a form of 400 mg dose
daily for 12 to 24 weeks with or without food.
■ Most common side effects are headache, lack
of sleep and tiredness.
6. Hepcinat
■ Hepcinat 400 mg (Sofosbuvir) is used for
patients suffering from chronic hepatitis C viral
in adults.
■ It is suggested against HCV genotype 1, 2, 3 or
4.
■ It inhibits a particular type of protein which
further inhibits the multiplication of viral cells.
■ It reduces liver damage.
■ It can be taken orally once in a form of 400 mg
dose daily with or without food.
