I am currently a third year law student at the Charlotte School of Law. I look
forward to completing my final semester of courses, preparing for the bar, and

EXPERIENCE
Legal Intern, Law Offices of William F. Brooks
Wilkesboro, NC Summer 2012
I was able to spend a summer as a clerk for William Brooks and his associate
Justin Dingee. My responsibilities included basic secretarial duties such
handling phone calls, receiving payments, and filing paperwork. I am thankful
for the opportunity I had to shadow and learn from two highly capable attorneys
and for the experienced I gained by interacting with clients in both the office and
courtroom setting on a daily basis.
Summer Seasonal Employee, Wilkes County Parks and Rec.
Wilkesboro, NC Summers 2002­2011
I worked as a seasonal employee of the Wilkes County Parks and Recreation
throughout 9 different summers. My duties ranged from maintaining parks and
athletic facilities to performing in office secretarial task and umpiring baseball
games. Im thankful for the values I developed and lessons I learned by
beginning my employment here at a fairly young age. This job provided me a
great opportunity to meet and interact with a lot of great people.
