                  Re:        Notice of Termination of Lease
                             New Camp #37

Dear Mr. Maghanoy:

       On behalf of Continental Pacific LLC, notice is hereby given that the lease of the
premises located at New Camp #37 is terminated effective 12:01 a.m. on December 7. 2012.

       This notice is given pursuant to the month to month lease that you signed with
Continental Pacific (copy enclosed) which provides:

                  Month to Month Term. The term of this Lease shall be
                  month-to-month.... The Landlord must give Tenant written
                  notice at least forty-five (45) calendar days in advance to
                  terminate this Lease. Tenant may move and vacate the
                  Premises at any time during the last forty-five (45) calendar
                  days and shall notify Landlord of the date Tenant intends
                  to vacate the Premises. Tenant will be responsible for the
                  prorated rent for the time it occupies the Premises. If the
                  Premises are torn down, or converted to a condominium,
                  Landlord will give Tenant a written notice at least one
                  hundred twenty (120) calendar days in advance to
                  terminate this Lease.

       There is no disturbance of the soil and no demolition by the Continental Pacific
contemplated at the Premises. One hundred twenty days' notice of condominium conversion
was given more than 120 days ago.

Maghanoy (via delivery) New Camp #37 Kahuku Hawaii Re: Notice of Termination of Lease New Camp #37 Dear Mr. Maghanoy: On behalf of Continental Pacific LLC, notice is hereby given that the lease of the premises located at New Camp #37 is terminated effective 12:01 a.m. on December 7. 2012. This notice is given pursuant to the month to month lease that you signed with Continental Pacific (copy enclosed) which provides: Month to Month Term.
