Before joining Taxand Netherlands I started my career with Arthur Andersen (now Deloitte). Within Andersen / Deloitte I worked at the Human Capital Tax department with a focus on wage tax, social security, equity incentives and various expatriate tax related issues. As of 2009 I joined Taxand Netherlands and took the responsibility for leading the Human Capital Tax Team. The Human Capital Tax team focuses on the tax and employment issues around cross border employee activities, salary splits, equity remuneration, partnership structures, social security, voluntary disclosures.
