George Lucas was raised on a walnut ranch in Modesto,

He had three siblings and attended Downey High School
Was very interested in drag car racing as a kid and he liked
adventure comics
He loved driving until a car slammed into his car. CRASH!
His seatbelt snapped and broke sending him through the air
onto the road in a pool of blood. The ambulance people could
barely hear a heartbeat.

George married Marcia Griffin on February 22, 1969.
In 1973 George Lucas formed his own company,
Lucasfilm Ltd.
1974 he began writing the screenplay for Star Wars

I chose George Lucas because he is the creator of
Star Wars and that was one of my favorite movies
when I was little.
He has inspired me to never give up.
George’s first movie failed but he
didn’t give up. He tried again and became
one of the most successful filmmakers of all time.
