Strategic Business Process Management project under the studies of management focuses on making strategic level decisions and understanding the operational planning involved in different Business Processes.
Our project titled “The River Side” focuses on understanding the case studies, surveys, fact files, and activities involved in different stages of the business process in real estate management. It focuses on different activities involved at different stages of the project management along with highlights for use of Geographical Information System (GIS), making strategic level decisions and doing operational level planning.
