Each year, in addition to the great music and entertainment featured at Harborfest, an educational cultural component/theme is chosen and incorporated throughout the festival in various ways, including the children’s parade held on the Friday of Harborfest, the festival’s annual poster, program and merchandise, as well as music and programming.
