4. Peptic ulcer is open perforation that develop on
the inside lining of stomach and the upper part of
small intestine.

8. Most common cause of peptic ulcer is NSAID’S
which is responsible for decrease mucus
secretion or inhibition of secretion and
baterium known as Helicobactor Pyroli.
The H. pyroli commonly located at mucos layer
that cover and protect tissue lining of stomach
and small intestine.
