1. La precarietat laboral que obliga a la subordinació contínua
dels eventuals a romandre sempre atents a la generosa i
arbitrària trucada de les direccions d’infermeria de torn.
2. Els abusos de la “Borsa” de treball” no controlada
democràticament i que suposa contractes miserables i milers
de hores treballades que es podrien convertir en treball fixe i
digne.
3. El sistema de concurs-oposició que només respon a
interessos de l’administració i de les burocràcies sindicals: Els
cursos, les taxes de dret a examen, l’entrevista personal ...
4. Reivindiquem, com hem fet des de la vaga de 43 dies del 90
fins a l’assamblea permanent de quatre mesos del 2002, la
convocatoria de un concurs de mèrits per llei que
signifiqui el final de la temporalitat en la sanitat pública
catalana.
5. Les privatitzacións i la precarietat laboral són
complementàries i necessàries per a que la sanitat pública
sigui un negoci.
