1. Voluntary repossession?
i purchased a 2003 ranger rover few months ago and i had nothing but trouble wit
th it, im think of calling the bank and telling them take it im not paying anymo
re. lets say i own 18k they sell it for 13k, 5k difference do i still own the 5k
to them,,, if so after filing bankruptcy does that go away. or what please help
