I have 19 years of experience in the Information Technology and Telecom industry. I am a very
experienced technician, with a focus on delivering fast and effective solutions in operations and
maintenance of network management. My experience includes the technical support,
development and operations for the Network Operations Center in Telefonica Venezuela. I was a
member of the supervisory staff. I was responsible for operations and maintenance pertaining to
the first and second levels of troubleshooting and analysis of network incidents of Telefonica’s
small, medium and large corporate solutions. I am a highly motivated individual who is
continually learning and developing my technical knowledge, supervisory and management skill
set.

2. Role: Network Operations supervisor
