The human body needs to be exercise and in high tech environment everyone is use to doing things by just a click of a button. The modern generation many comforts like the TV remote and all the new computerized games do not promote physical activities. The modern world introduced computerized games with entertaining visuals and is easy to sit in from or our computers and just play by using the keyboard. This automated behavior is not conductive to generate interest in physical activities and to sit in front of a computer everyday for long periods will give anyone backaches and even sore joints due to the lack of exercise. To develop a strong healthy body is necessary to balance your days with some fun activities. The recipe to keeping the body in good shape is selecting simple exercises in combination with good eating habits; healthy activities followed by meditation and then good night sleep.
Exercise daily for a few minutes in the morning can help increase vitality and reduces the risk of heart disease. The human body is like a machine that needs movement and if is not use it will then not operate correctly. Once an exercise routine is designed the body is then stimulated and with continues practice gain more flexibility. The combination of different fun exercise activities can then be used to motivate someone that lacks physical abilities.
Let’s begin by creating a productive exercise schedule that includes a variety of fun activities that can be done at the beach or in the neighborhood central park for recreations. In the morning allow 15 minutes to stretching and a 30 minute walk. If the beach is close to the house is always nice to associate exercising with water. It cools you and it offers resistance like in a swimming pool is enjoyable and is nice to get the morning sun rays. If the park is closer than the beach then is best to start your exercise routines under a large tree. Use tree to lean and start by stretching and then walk the park trail. If you have a bicycle alternate every other day and ride the bike for about 30 minutes.
The first set of simple daily exercise routines can be done at 7:00 AM. In the afternoon before lunch for about 15 minutes do simple balance exercises, beginning with some yoga in which is good to practice new breathing techniques. After a long day at work around 6:00 PM visit the community swimming pool and start by doing one lap around the pool or just kick the water and enjoy floating. Every other day alternate the swimming with other physical activity like volley ball. Check the community recreational classes and join one of the following: dancing, badminton, martial arts, tennis or volley ball.
To improve your cardio activity you jump rope for about 3 minutes. Playing tennis can also be another fun activity and if not just go and roller skating. Another good habit is to make sure each day includes three healthy balance meals.
Avoid excessive weight lifting and get plenty of rest between training sessions. “Exercise the same muscle groups on non-consecutive days because muscles need adequate time to recover and cannot be effectively trained if they tired or sore.” (Tecco, A. 1999)
Competition is good for the soul so join the community activities events. Don’t be shy join a bicycle race, a marathon walk, or the volley ball beach tournament.
At the end of each day take a few minutes to just relax and just get comfortable. Turn off you cellular and without any interruptions just listen to some soft music and focus on positive experiences.
The perfect ending to a joyful productive day is to have a good night sleep. “Exercise reduces stress, lifts moods, and helps you sleep better. It can keep you looking and feeling younger throughout your entire life” (Tecco, A. 1999).
Is important to exercise because it helps to prevent disease, improves stamina, strengthens and tones, enhances flexibility and controls weight. Always remember that famous saying “use it or lose it inactivity is as much of a health risk as smoking!” (Tecco, A. 1999). In conclusion keep your favorite running shoes in your car. If the mood is just right then don’t be afraid to run and let the child in you play and exercise because is fun. Learn to enjoy the outdoors and free yourself from the TV remote. Get a current map of all the local parks and recreation centers. Mark the ones that have bicycle trails and other water activities. Get involve with the community sports events as a volunteer and meet friends that can share your new stay fit enthusiasm
