My Dear Marina,
How are you? I hope you are happy and healthy, and I am sure you are helping your mom with her school
preparations. Have you tried out the chocolates and lip gloss yet? I sure hope so because it doesn’t’ do any good
in your cupboard
Since I’ve returned home I’ve been able to meet with some of my friends and have shared my experiences
in Cairo with them. I have so many great memories from this visit, and I often look at the pictures and smile. I
always tell my friends about the beautiful, sweet girl I met (yes, that’s you my friend)… I also say how much I am
looking forward to returning.
I have started back to work last week, and all of my teachers return tomorrow. Soon, the children will
arrive and life will be back to normal. Although I am serving God here, I can’t help but wish I was still with you
and all your friends from church. Please know I am thinking of you and praying for you. Please tell your mom
“Hello” and let her know I’m praying for her, the Kindergarten, and the children she will be teaching.
