journal entry. Then share your journal entry with your
classmates in this discussion forum Complete the following
steps:
For your initial post, describe a situation this week where you
had a strong emotion. What happened? Did you learn anything
about yourself? First write about the action and emotion, and
then follow it with a brief interpretation or thought about the
event. What did you learn about yourself? Or confirm about
yourself?
