2. THURSDAY NIGHT DANCE
Meet new people AND get your exercise in! Join us for a
mix of Swing, Blues, Waltz, Foxtrot, Cha Cha, Salsa and
more. No experience or partners needed.

FELDENKRAIS CLASS
Improve your balance, stamina, confidence and overall
sense of well-being through the Feldenkrais Method® of
Awareness Through Movement. Registration is
encouraged.

3. YOUTH FITNESS TRAINING AGES 10+
Participants will learn the fundamentals of exercise and nutrition.
Sessions will include a lecture and workout session designed to
learn proper use of free weight, cardio, and strength equipment.
Upon completion, participants will receive a bracelet allowing them
to use the exercise equipment with the supervision of an adult.

YOUTH SPORT CONDITIONING
TRX AGES 10-16
Certified Personal Trainer, Jana Dunajska will lead participants
through a variety of exercises and circuit training drills using
TRX, own body weight, agility, balance and resistance equipment .
All fitness levels welcome.

4. SHALLOW WATER AEROBICS
Use walking, running, jumping and a variety of aerobic movements in the
shallow end of the pool for a cardiovascular and strength workout.

PARENT CHILD SWIM LESSONS
AGES 6 MONTHS - 36 MONTHS
AQUATICS Parent-child swim lessons are designed to introduce young children to an
aquatics environment. An instructor will guide parents and children through
simple skills and exercises that help infants and toddlers become more
comfortable in the water. Parents are required to be in the water with their
child.

ADULT SWIM LESSONS
The Bellevue Family YMCA offers two levels: beginner and intermediate. The
beginner class is for swimmers who have few or no swimming skills. The
intermediate class is a good fit for adults who are comfortable in the water
and want to improve upon their basic skills.

Saturday & Sunday 9-9:30 and 9:30-10 am
5. ADVENTURE GUIDES
Adventure Guides is a program for fathers and children to meet
monthly as a circle with families in their neighborhood or school.
The circles are a part of a larger Expedition which offers activities
each month such as a pine block derby, outings to a Mariners
game, Thunderbird Hockey, etc. Please contact Linda Toycen for
