Rostron Carlyle is contracted by the Queensland Building Services Authority
(QBSA) as civil legal advisors and based on the current actions of the Queensland
Building Services Authority (QBSA) they are set to squander a $1,000,000 of
collective government money that could be well invested else where.
If Queensland Building Services Authority (QBSA) spend $1,000,000 of
government funds or not doesn't matter to most Australians. But it does matter
to Queensland.
It was stated recently that Queensland had a debt of over $60,000,000,000 and
heading towards $100,000,000,000. Well the actions of Rostron Carlyle and the
Queensland Building Services Authority (QBSA) in no manner have assisted this
figure.
The way that Rostron Carlye and the Queensland Building Services Authority
(QBSA) behave is to create and generate activities that will benefit their pursuit of
alleged debt under their statutory insurance scheme that will make a person just
give in. The only problem is the burden of extreme costs lands on the head of
government organizations and consequently Queensland.
The sole intention of this letter is to bring attention to Queensland of current
financial abuses that exist. These abuses are sanctioned by the Queensland
Building Services Authority (QBSA) and indeed are driven by alleged debt
apparently owed to their statutory insurance scheme and consequently managed
by Rostron Carlyle.
To date with some advise from Rostron Carlyle the Queensland Building Services
Authority (QBSA) has squandered about $150,000 to $200,000 directly and
indirectly in a fruitless pursuit over alleged debts. Further have indirectly
squandered about $100,000 to $150,000 of other government organizations
finances. These figures are conservative and growing.

2. Some of the financial destruction that has mounted against the Queensland
Building Services Authority (QBSA) is as a result of poor and mis informed council
