 Most of the customers are older
   than 40
 Most of the customers are
  ladies
 Most of the customers are
  alone
 There are very few couples – they are mostly
  young
 Old people seems to either
don’t know what they want
or they cannot find the item
they need
Why most
 customers
at this time
in store are
    old?




               Where are
                the old
                 men?




  Where are
    young
   people?
  Don’t they
    shop?
They would be spending

                                                                             other household chore.
