There’s a saying that a little goes a long way, and that’s exactly what a car wash owner hopes when concerning his charity to raise money for Cancer Research UK. According an article in Ripley & Heanor News, Aled Pegg, owner of the Hyrdo Hand Car Wash in Ripley, a small town in England, organized a fundraiser in memory of family members who were taken by cancer, and his mother who lives under the difficult treatment process for a tissue tumor. “One in three people suffer from this awful disease,” Pegg told journalists. “My grandmother died from it, and watching my mum suffer with her tumor makes this event extremely personal to me.”
