This document contains self-evaluation and group evaluation checklists for students to rate their social skills and collaboration during a group activity. The self-evaluation checklist has students rate themselves on staying on task, contributing ideas, helping groupmates, disagreeing agreeably, and taking turns. The group evaluation checklist has students rate their group on ensuring understanding, listening to ideas, dividing work equally, negotiating meanings, and performing the experiment together.
