Passion- Cooking and baking confectioneries.
Started Chocolate Confection in 2019
Venture offers a wide range of cookies, chocolates, deserts jars and brownies,
customised hampers and gifts.

Apart from this the company also does the marketing via WhatsApp, she posts status
regularly on WhatsApp. Most of the orders and leads come from WhatsApp and
Instagram.

4. • Difficult to locate business due to limited use of social media
platforms.
• Due to limited use of social meadia networking it is difficult to
keep track of target audience.
• Only organic promotion used. Difficulty in reaching
commercial market .
• No proper use of hashtags.

What is the inspiration behind the idea for the business that the owner had while
initiating the venture? Had the mission and goal been same over the years?
Recommendation
Inspiration -
She always wanted to do something on her own so she can manage her own expenses and be
independent
Baking is her hobby and she wanted to convert that into a venture. And she has very keen interest
in running small business.
Mission - To provide chocolates and other bakery related things to all the corporates during
festivals and her business has all variety of things what her customers demand but she is trying to
acheive the goal

What should be various aspects that need to be considered while opting the
particular mode ?
Recommendation
Modes - Whatsapp Marketing, Facebook Marketing ,Instagram Marketing and webaite
Aspects - Delivering through digital channels, SEO and Email Marketing

How can social media engagement be increased to increase the revenue of the
business? What strategies need to be focused on for the same?
Recommendation
Social media engagement -Getting Potential leads, know about competitors and make
necessary change in product when it needed as per demand.
Strategies - Inform your target audience what you offer, DM on channels which our
followers use, prepare authentic content, make easy buy on channels and website,
Using Instagram to generate leads, Use LinkedIn for brand awareness and Paid Ads.
