I use design approaches to ask better questions about complex organisational problems. I can plan a project, beginning to end. I can interview end users and CEOs. I can run a workshop with executives or customers. I can analyse and synthesis that research into a journey map, a new workflow or a report. And when it’s all done I can give a presentation to 20 people — or 200. I used to be an academic. I’ve studied and taught computer science, sociology of technology and design. Specialities: user centred design, human centred design, ethnography, qualitative research, experience design, innovation strategy, digital transformation
