Our portal allows us to quickly identify how often an appraiser accepts an assignment
and the frequency in which they meet the required deadlines. We can also determine
the likelihood for a requestedfee increase and/or due date extension.
APPRAISER PANEL
o Stringent on-boarding process and probationary period
• We run a state-level disciplinary action and standards check prior to panel
approval; approval will not be granted if any disciplinary actions have occurred in the
past five (5) years;
• Appraiser credentials and documents are scrubbed against regulatory
sources;
• Appraiser performance, status and license standing are monitored on an
ongoing basis;
• In an effort to provide exclusive appraisal service to our clients, all new
appraisers participate in a five (5) order probationary period;
o Once appraisers are approved, each report is individually scored from a
quality and service perspective. A score for overall turn time is given as
well
APPRAISER SELECTION
Individual appraiser statistics are maintained throughout their tenure with Equity
Solutions. These statistics can be called upon easily and will be considered prior to every
assignment.
