3.  MRE was incorporated on the 6th of March 2012 under the
laws of the Republic of Kiribati pursuant to Section 9(2) of the
Companies Ordinance 1979.
 MRE contract for exploration of polymetallic nodules was
approved and ENTERED INTO FORCE ON 19th January
2015.
 Marawa through the Government is a Kiribati Company which
is sub-contracting Deep Green Engineering (DGE) to conduct
seabed mineral activities on its behalf in the CCZ.
