Support for implementation of GST Compliance accounting system
The 8 Stages of GST implementation:
1. Study of the business activities of the client.
2. Study of the existing software of the client.
3. GAP analysis with reference to GST requirement.
4. Implementation of GST Compliance through establishment of link software to
fill up gaps.
5. Testing for the compliance
6. Certification
7. Training employees of the client in using the new software.
8. Putting in place all the required templates (Invoices etc.,) of various documents
in compliance with GST requirements.
Expertise of IndTaxSeva Consultants:
Of the above 8 stages of Implementation, IndTaxSeva shall be in a position to render
full-fledged support in stages 1 to 3 and 5 to 8.
As regards to the activity mentioned in Stage 4 the client shall have two options:
Option 1: The client can get a customized software developed by the Indtaxseva
consultants and get the same implemented through the other stages mentioned
above.
Option 2: The client already having an established ERP software’s like SAP etc.,
and is interested in having the patch implemented if any furnished by the original
software manufacturer, then IndTaxSeva consultants can help the client configure
the patch software for the client after going through the steps at 1 to 3 and
following the other steps to test the GST compliance of the configuration.
*The aforesaid steps will include only up to preparation of return.
*Also along with the above mentioned implementation of GST, Clients shall be required to enter
into a minimum One Year retainership arrangement with IndTaxSeva consultants.
